Telekom’s underground car park.

The refurbishment of the Telekom multi-storey car park in Traunstein presented the local planning office Haumann + Fuchs Ingenieure AG with various challenges. The client and planner demanded an overall concept with coatings from a single source in order to rise to these challenges. After a project-specific consultation by Triflex, the parties involved in the construction decided on three different solutions from the liquid applied waterproofing manufacturer. On the ramps, the top deck waterproofing system Triflex ProPark version 2 shows its strengths with its high mechanical load-bearing capacity. The dynamic crack-bridging parking deck coating system Triflex ProDeck provides an even force distribution on the upper decks with its special reinforcement Triflex ProMesh. With the underground car park Triflex CPS-C+ coating system, the refurbishment experts have produced a surface protection for the lowest parking area, securing the parking garage’s future for many years.
