Triflex SmartTec is the universally applicable roof and building structure waterproofing solution. The innovative, liquid applied waterproofing technology is particularly suitable for application on damp, mineral substrates. Ideal for the treatment of both complex details and full surface applications, this material moulds itself seamlessly to the substrate of the structure, thus ensuring a long-lasting and reliable solution.

  • Waterproofing of damp mineral substrates: The vapour-permeable system with an Sd value of approx. 2.0 m enables a subsequent drying out of the substrate over the course of time

  • Easy to apply: mixing and processing errors are avoided, as this is a single-component system.
  • Waterproof down to the smallest detail: The liquid applied waterproofing has a thixotropic formulation which allows the resin to be applied to vertical surfaces without slumping
  • Certified safety: the Triflex SmartTec waterproofing solution has a General Building Supervisory Authority Test Certificate (abP) for liquid applied waterproofing of building structures set out in PG-FLK according to the Building Regulations List A, Part 2, No. 2.51 and VV TB No. C 3.28 as well as a General Building Supervisory Authority Test Certificate (abP) for liquid applied waterproofing of roofs according to the Building Regulations List A, Part 2, No. 2.52 and VV TB No. C 3.29.
  • Triflex SmartTec has an expected service life of 25 pyears in compliance with EAD 03035-00-0402
