Stadtwerke Herford vehicle mirror adjustment area.
Incorrectly adjusted mirrors on a car or truck – a small detail that can have serious and sometimes even fatal consequences. Traffic accidents can already be avoided with simple measures, for example by
using a vehicle mirror adjustment area. Stadtwerke Herford also wanted to set up one at its depot for its emergency vehicles. Together with Triflex, the leading manufacturer of road markings with cold plastic, they developed a concept for this. Using Triflex Preco Cryl Cold Plastic RP 2K based on polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), the municipal utilities produced the coloured markings for the site in cooperation with experts from the Minden-based company. The project was implemented in only one day during normal business operation. Herforder Stadtwerke is thus making a further contribution to increasing the safety of its employees and on the roads.
